Rental Application Instructions:
Download the rental application, complete and email to [email protected] or fax to number on application. If you do not know the adreess of the property you are intrested in please indicate the type of property you are looking for. Applications are pre-screened at no charge(no credit is pulled in the pre-screeing of applications). Once the pre-screening is completed we will send you a list of the rental property we have available and schedule times to view properties. If you have a pet please send a picture(s) with the application. There is an additional pet deposit of $250.00. We charge $35.00 per person on the lease for application and lease processing charged at the time you execute a lease on a property. If you have any questions call 239-849-3334.
